Thanks a lot, Chef for your lovely, clear explanation. We live in UK and I have not tried to make hoppers before. After I watched this I made them and hoppers cooked really well and tasty. I like your videos. Thanks
Dear Dhesha, Thank you so so much for the perfectly instructed recipe. I tried it many times and each time it was a success. You are a genuine perfect teacher. Thanks to you we eat hoppers regularly. Otherwise it's only when visiting SL. Thank you once again. Wishing you good health and success from the bottom of my heart. Warm wishes from cold Germany.
I tried making hoppers the way i usually make in sri lanka at my daughter's place in melbourne but it never came out right. But chef's recipe turned out perfect! Thank you chef!
We have tried several recipes from RU-vid but yours works the best! We used 250g flour and the hoppers came out exactly as shown in your video. Many thanks for your easy-to-follow instructions! Best wishes from the USA!
I followed each and every instructions you said Chef. And I made hoppers very successfully this time. Thank you so much. Keep up the good work. Good luck Chef....
One of the best explained recipes I ever saw. The chef seems to be a very humble person. Clear cut explanations step by step. Anybody should be able to follow his advice and make perfect hoppers. Thanks chef. Ive made hoppers many times but not in this method. I never kept the batter for 2 hours to stand after adding milk. I learnt the right way now. Thanks dear chef. Stay BLESSED
Hi Desha, Thank you so much for explaining everything so clearly. Watching you make hoppers made me very hungry and homesick! I will try your recipe very soon......
Thank you very much chef, I really learn how to make hopper, thou I knew I couldnt get the crispness in the hopper . I am going to make it for dinner. God bless you.
I've been eating whenever my mother makes hoppers but never tried to make myself. So for the first time I'm gonna try making hoppers. Whenever I cook something new I come to your channel because I know I get the most specific and accurate information.
I'm very glad to see the hoppers you made. Son, though I'm following the instructions, still I'm trying to make hoppers. But it's a day dream for me. Even today I was trying to follow this, and prepared the batter. As I couldn't wait such a long time, I was trying to make . Same result as earlier. It's sticking. I will try another 4,5, hours later . Thank your recipe.
Hi. Thank you for sharing your knowledge, rarely heard of these days. I tried your method and it is spot on perfect. Please continue sharing, your knowledge will live on. May God bless you. 🙏
I tried this and came out very well, I made a small additional, a friend told me to blend 1/2 cup of cooked white rice with some coconut milk and add it to the batter, this gives a very soft middle.. So I made your recipe with the addition of the rice and the result was very good.. Thank you
Thank you very much for your recipe, so easy and not complicated. I have tried all the methods in the RU-vid, some were successful but the edges were not that firm.
