. 1 cup (200 grams) boiled chickpeas
• 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
•1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds OR 1/4 cup (60 ml) tahini, see homemade tahini recipe
• 2 small garlic clove
• 2 tablespoons (30 ml) extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for serving
• Salt to taste
• Dash ground paprika or red chili powder for serving
