Moushumi Akhter When you set the pressure cook time set for 7 min. Once that’s done it goes to LO . Thats when the pressure is releasing naturally without opening the valve. You wait till it’s LO 30 then you can open the lid and fluff it
When I saw this I thought this was perfect. I tried it out , turned out to be absolute disaster. Uncooked rice and uncooked meat will take different time to cook. It burned.
Hmmm.. So sorry it’s happened to you. I wish I could walk you through. This is my go to recipe and each time it came out perfect like magic. Meat and rice cooked to perfection. Try this. After you take out the lid fluff off rice and mutton and close the lid and let it sit for another 20 minutes or so.
Wrong. You dont cook the rice with lamb. Lamb needs more time to be cooked (tinder). Rice needs way less time. This is how you do it. You need 2 pots. Pot 1: Cook the lamb Pot 2: Cook the rice Mix
