How to make Starter:
1. We will need 1/2 cup of Teff flour (or Barley or Sorghum )
2. 1/2 cup of water
3. Clean small container, piece of cotton cloth or paper towel
First we will put the 1/2 cup of flour on to the small container
Add water and mix well
Use cotton cloth or paper towel to cover the mix
Place the container in warm area or room temperature and let is sit for 3 days
After the third day the starter is ready to use
