Really appreciate you making this. I moved to the west coast and Haitian food just isn't available. Also haven't been to Haiti in awhile. First time even making epis. It tastes delicious! I've been trying different meats too. Short rib was fantastic. Next I'm doing oxtail 🙏🏾

Thank you for sharing this recipe Mrs. Lamise! My husband who is Haitian loved it! I did have one question when I made it the carrots and potatoes were sort of overdone. I cooked it for 27 mins in the instapot. Should I cook for a shorter amount of time next time?
If you're feeding just yourself get the 3 quart which is the smallest. If you're feeding 1-2 people get the 6 quart which is the medium size and most popular. If you're feeding more than 3 people get the 8 quart which is the biggest size.
