You will need a debit card to purchase from banggood or AliExpress. The shipping charges would be moderate but your item will take time to arrive (25-30 days). As long as you are not ordering something radio control like a drone or highly capable RC transmitter, your item should pass the customs no problem. And I don't think you would to spend money on customs
