Thanks for sharing. I’ve always wanted to do it myself since in MN it’s hard to find good jeow bong. Miss my local NC neighborhood Lao store that carried it long ago. They made it perfectly how I like it more spicy and less sweet.
+lea salvador yes you can is just for 2 -3 day only but cow skin can live longer up to a month you know why because cow skin make soaked in a salt water. Thank for watching
