Great tips. Also, if you don’t want your burgers to shrink as much, when forming them you could put a little indent in the middle and this will prevent them from shrinking as much.
@@diejaykaynz3r078 With steaks you are supposed to wrap them in tinfoil, so they don't lose heat. With burgers I really don't see the point. Honestly I don't really get most of these tips in this video, tho I can't argue about the burger looking good.

@@nspectorr this was a fad for a while but just look at any real chef of person who grills shit they dont do that because it just adds water into the burger it doesnt add any “juice” or any flavor its water
