@@soha069 u are down grading yourself too much, u are young and that's why u need to do what u can and learn a lot so u can prepare yourself for later. One of the first thing u need to learn is that if u are lazy, u will stay at the same place and never advance forward. If u are hardworking it will lead you to a successful life. Practise whatever u are passionate about and u can achieve anything :)

Try making BP first, in my next tutorial with pitch shifting I'll use the Twice mashup :) but by all means try all the 3 mashup I gave info to help u get started. Remember it's totally fine to get confused of what to do because then u know what u need to learn and when u watch my next video it will make more sense ;)
Hey, I know I comment in this video a lot, but I can't help it. I just want you to know that I finally did a mashup. Really, now I am editing the video by the program you suggest. The point is you really make me - a person know nothing about mashup - make his own mashup. That mean your work hard on this tutorial is worthy. You can make people (or at least me) doing their own mashup. I very very thank you, and I'm a big fan of you. Hi, it's me, again. Today, I'm try to do "mashup" on FL studio (I just use my dad laptop. But I'm ok. 😉). The problem is I can not even strech the "song" in the software. And I accidentally delete (multiple time) the "song". This is so new to me, I think I will get used to it in a couple few day. Thanks for your tutorial, again. 😌
cant wait for pitch shifting .. i keep on making it sounds like chipmunk :( currrently using ableton as they have something like "real time pitch shifting" but still doesnt sounds good :(

Greetings! I’ve watched your tutorials, Episode 1-3. I understood all of them but I have one problem. I’m doing the Feel Special x Likey homework. I already finished speeding up FS to 132 bpm and pitching up Likey to 1 semitone. On Episode 2, you taught us about song tempo and beat matching. My problem is about beat matching. I aligned the songs properly and cut each section which is every 8 bars. (I kept FS’s Instrumental while Likey’s Instrumental is gone) FS’s Acapella verse 2 (tzuyu and momo’s part) started at the 17th bar or 3rd section (1st section was intro and 2nd section was verse 1) but the verse 2 was taking too long. It reached the new section which starts at the 25th bar. The verse 2 took 9 bars instead of 8 bars to make a section. Same goes to FS’s chorus, it took 18 bars.. then how will I cut it to make a section? I don’t have any problems with Likey, only FS. Do you have any solutions?
All the section is always 8 bars, if it goes above u have to treat that 1 bar as a break that is 1 bar and either remove it or keep it and push the other songs 1 bar ahead so it is not 1 bar behind if that makes sense. If u watch the tutorial where I was dealing with kill this love and ddu du, I show u the breaks that it has before entering the chorus :)

I'm late... But I have my FLStudio 20. Now all I do now is watch the tutorial just for me to make a kpop/non-kpop mashup. Now, All I do now is I need a big help from everybody.
Really good tutorials! I wanted to ask if there is a way to mashup songs with drastically different BPMS? E.g. one is 80bpm and another is 160bpm. Is that something that is possible? Are there tricks to getting them to sound okay together?
Little bit question so how many cent did you used if you want to pitch f minor to f major? And thank's for the tutorial, it's so helpful since i'm new on sound editing
So first u need to convert one of them. Let's convert the F major to minor. To convert a major key to minor u go down 3 semitone downwards. That means the F major's relative minor key is D minor (f->e->d#->d). So now u have a song that is d minor and the other song was f minor. So if u want to change f minor to fit the d minor song u have to pitch it 3 semitone down. That's the same as 300 cent :)

hey! I quite didn’t get what breaks are and what we should do with them. Can you explain to me what breaks are? Are they just a moment of silence inside the song? I get that if I want to keep the break, I’ll shift the other song. For example, I’d like to keep the break from Kill This Love, then I’ll just have to shift Ddu du depending on the beats of the break. (BTW I already know what pitches and keys are and how to change them) But what I don’t understand, what if I don’t like to keep the break? What will I do? For example, I don’t like the break from Ddu du. Can you please tell me? I really wish to make mashups and I don’t think I’ll make it without your help! Thank you so much for your kindness^^ Edit: Oh and, breaks aren’t included in/as 1 bar right?? I’ll comment on Episode 3 too just in case you don’t see this.
right between the prechorus (8 bars) and the Chorus(8 bars) there is a break (1 or 2 bars). lets say u align the prechorus of both songs, but then after the 8 bars of the prechorus, the chorus of one song plays, and the other is playing the break, which means the chorus will come after 1 or 2 bars later than the other song. That means for the next section (verse) it will also be delayed and so on. so in all u need to learn about song structure and how a song is structured to better structure your mashup. not that you can not be creative, but having a structure in your mashup makes the mashup more cohesive and more like a "song" thant randomly mashing up stuff. tho it is also a style so its up to you to decide :) i've just found it to work best when structuring your mashup, then when i dont

Do bridge and break the same? I know the meaning of verses, chorus and bridge btw. If ever the bridge and break are the same, then does it mean a break is always located at the ending or after the 2nd chorus of the song just like the bridge? In mashup just know that break is the 1 or 2 bar in between the verses and chorus and so on just always follow the 8 bar 8 bar structure and u will be fine :)
Not all songs has these small breaks in between.. Most songs don't have but the two blackpink songs has. U need to try and analyse songs and cut at each section and u will notice it and learn from it that way :)

i use Adobe Premiere because thats the one im most familiar with, but u can really use any video editor program out there. I've heard DaVinci Resolve has a free version that is good :)
I can't mix and match the instumentals to each others, that my problem. I already change the tempo and pitch the key song but the instumentals can't fit together. Do you have any suggestion? :D
After u match the acapella and instrumental, remove one of the instrumental and work with one, its more simple and u only have to match the two acapella :)
Now I know making mashup is very fun, and hard too. And also understand why you can do all the mashup that the viewers suggest, it's just too much. Sorry for not understanding you. Thanks.😊
nothing is easy untill u have made it so many times you cant count ^^ my mindset for anything i want to become good at is always practise every day for years ;D so anyone can be good but not anyone has the patient :) I hope i can inspire you to become good at something u want to do the rest of your life ^^
