My work on lab is ortho appliances and acrylic complete and partial denture
Daily work on laboratory two or more set up of partial dentur or complete Dentur.

What is a labial bow?
A labial bow is the most notable component of a retainer so patients are very sensitive to the look and feel of it. Labial bows or the active component of the removable orthodontics appliances. The principle function of the bow is to retrude the anterior teeth.
The labial bow is used as an active spring component for aligning the anterior teeth to create a harmonious dental arch or as a retentive component in distal movement of posterior teeth. As an active component, it can be placed against the incisors under tension for retrusion of the anterior teeth.
The appliance can be fabricated in an orthodontics lab in just a few days. The Hawley is then placed into the patient's mouth and activated by the dentist in minutes. The appliance is adjusted weekly, or every other week in a quick 10-minute appointment slot.
Robert's retractor. This is a labial bow made of thin guage stainless steel wire having a coil of 3mm internal diameter mesial to the canine . As very thin wire is used for its fabrication ,the bow is highly flexible and lacks adequate stability in the vertical plane .
A pencil mark is placed on the 0.8mm S.S wire at the point of the canine eminence, usually at the mid point of the canine and a 90 degree bend is formed. The 'U' loop is then formed using 'flat round' pliers / 'spring former' pliers.
