Hi guys. In this video I'm making leather backpack. In this video tutorial I will show you how to make classic leather baseball from my patterns. Patterns/Templates are available in 3 sizes.
In this video I'm making leather baseball cap.
I made this cap from 2.4mm/5.5 oz leather , peak from 4mm/10 oz and straps from 1mm/2.5 oz
Size S 51-54 cm / 20'' - 21.2''
Size M 54- 56.5 cm / 21.2''- 22.2''
Size L 57 - 61 cm / 22.4 - 24''
I used to Dye Fiebing's Professional Light Brown and Black colour.

Cool design! Could you share how you blended the black into the brown? It’s very gradual and when I have tried it comes out very sharp.

I can’t tell which size hat piece goes next to which. I can’t find instructions for that in the instructions. It would be nice if the pieces were numbered. Do the biggest pieces go in the front and the smaller ones on the sides next to the back pieces?

On the front panels are stitching holes for the peak. This is very simple.

Probably the most expensive (materials and time) baseball cap ever created. Wow. I would be afraid to wear it.

Thank you very much Bruce. You can make this cap in approx.6-8 hours but I spend almost two weeks time to make patterns in three sizes, video ect. Thanks.
