Hello dear Friends, This is my Seventh Vlog.
In this Vlog I have demonstrated an easy method on how to make crispy, tasty and mouth- watering South Indian MASALA DOSA. This video is dedicated to all masala dosa lovers. SO, watch this video till the end and please comment your valuable feedbacks.
Ingredients:-
For Dosa :-
1. Dosa Batter - 1 ltr
2. Salt - As Required
3. Water - As Required
4. Ghee - As Required
For The Masala :-
1. Oil - 2 tbs
2. Mustard Seeds - 1tsp
3. Dry Red Chillies - 4 nos
4. Curry Leaves - 2 sprigs
5. Ginger (Finely Chopped) - 1 1/2 tbs
6. Green Chillies - 4 nos (Sliced)
7. Big Onion - 4 nos (Finely Chopped)
8. Boiled Potatoes - 2 big nos
9. Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
10. Coriander Leaves - 1/2 cup
11. Salt - As Required
12. Water - As Required
