Eggless Lemon Cake Recipe- • BEST EGGLESS LEMON SPO...
Ingredients
For loaf:
2 + ¼ cup (270gms) maida
2 tsp (8gms) baking powder
½ cup (113gms) butter
1 cup (200gms) caster sugar
Zest of 2 lemons
3 eggs
¾ cup (180ml) warm milk
2 tbsp (30ml) lemon juice
2-3 drops yellow gel food colour
For glaze:
1 cup (130gms) icing sugar
1 tbsp (15ml) milk
1 tbsp (15ml) lemon juice

Ooh I like this cake! Ima make this for sure. In lemon desserts, I love lemon tarts, lemon squares, and lemon poppy muffins. They are sooo good! My favourite lemon dessert is a lemon meringue tart. I love the toasted meringue and the tartness of lemon. It's a wonderful combination.

I freaking tried this recipe today within 2 of watching it because the ingredients are simple and easily available and it was just so delicious, I would really recommend this one, a must try indeed😍😍😍Just made my day with a hot cup of chai with rains outside.
