My husband used to say he didn’t care for shrimp. This looked so delicious, I had to try it. Needless to say it was delicious and my husband really enjoyed it. Thank you so much for sharing your recipes.

All the love from Costa Rica! I found the channel during the early morning that I wanted to make boiled dumplings just as Mike grandma does them and I didn't want to wake her up and man the recipe was exaaaact! I love it. That looks amazing! I think though for myself, I would chop up some shrimp and add it to the potato mixture just to make it easier to eat. Then, I would top them off with a few whole shrimp for the presentation. I wish I had one right in front of me right now!
