Ingredients
3 Lobster Tails
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Herb Seasoning
I /2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
I cubes of Garlic
1/8 teaspoon Pink Salt
1/8 Tumeric
4 oz Unsalted Butter
Optional - Lemon slices
Optional - Parsley leaves for garnish
Step 1 Wash and Prep Lobster Tails
Step 2 Combine Dry Seasonings
Step 3 Add Grated Garlic and Unsalted Butter, microwave all ingredients for 1 minutes
Step 4 Base Lobster Tails with seasoning
Step 5 Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes
Step 6 Re-base Lobster Tails with additional garlic butter and garnish
Step 7 Bake for an additional 2 minutes
Step 8 Remove from over and serve with your choice of side
