2. Measure the right amount of tea leaf. For a 350ml pot (approx 2 cups) use 6g or 2 heaped tsp of tea and 350ml of water.
3. Use freshly drawn, filtered water, at the right temperature.
4. Brew for 3 minutes, or as per brewing instructions, then separate the leaves from the water.
