How to make MASALA GIN FIZZ by Mr.Tolmach & Nazar Makarov

Masala tea (lit. “tea with spices”) is a drink originally from the Indian subcontinent, obtained by brewing tea with a mixture of Indian spices and herbs. In this video, we prepare a cocktail with masala tea syrup.

Recipe of MASALA GIN FIZZ:
Lemon juice - 25-30 ml
MASALA TEA SYRUP - 30 ml
Sugar syrup - 15 ml
Egg white - 15 ml
Gin - 45-55 ml
Orange Vlossom water - few drops
Cream - 20 ml
Shake it well, strain into higbal glass and leave for a while in the fridge, then pour sparkling water on the top. Garnish with lemon peel. Drink;)

Nazar's ink looks awesome! He usually has long sleeve shirts on so I've never noticed it. Could you maybe post an instagram photo showing his arm tattoo side by side with your arm tattoo? No need if you shake it well for long longg longggg time like them.

It's definitely better to dry shake. That way you will get better formed foam because shaking with ice breaks foam, never mind how hard and long you shake. Also you can use reverse dry shake if you need to chill liquids
