Masala tea (lit. “tea with spices”) is a drink originally from the Indian subcontinent, obtained by brewing tea with a mixture of Indian spices and herbs. In this video, we prepare a cocktail with masala tea syrup.

Recipe of MASALA GIN FIZZ:
Lemon juice - 25-30 ml
MASALA TEA SYRUP - 30 ml
Sugar syrup - 15 ml
Egg white - 15 ml
Gin - 45-55 ml
Orange Vlossom water - few drops
Cream - 20 ml
Shake it well, strain into higbal glass and leave for a while in the fridge, then pour sparkling water on the top. Garnish with lemon peel. Drink;)
