[INGREDIENTS]
Enough amount for 23cm(9inch)* 15cm (6inch) rectangle plate.
Biscuit sponge:
▪ Egg: 2 (separated)
▪ All Purpose Flour: 60g (2.1oz)
▪ Matcha powder: 1/2 tea spoon
▪ Granulated Sugar: 60g (2.1oz)
▪ Powdered sugar: some
Bake with 395F(200C) *Preheated until the surface is light golden brown.
for 8-12 mins depending on your oven and the thickness of your sponge.

Matcha liquids:

▪ Salt: a pinch
▪ Heavy cream: 450g (15.9oz)
▪ Granulated sugar: 150g (5.3oz)
▪ Sweetened Red beans/Ogura An (Optional): 215g (7.6oz) or 1/2 can
Decoration:
▪ Matcha powder: some (I used about 1 table spoon)
