Yaaay this makes me so happy! Glad you're back :) I have done this recipe twice and it is SO GOOD. For sure will be making it again this year! It can be quite hard to find a replacement for the mini eggs, as we don't have them in Portugal, but I have been using M&M's eggs and the cookies turn out delicious

I'm not a morning TV person, so glad to see the videos back after a long time. That's how I came across you originally. I've got over 3KG of Cadburys mini eggs at the moment, so should be making cookies for a while yet!
