really good demonstration! however for anyone who you want to built this, i suggest checking the axial balance of the rotor, and also grind / cut the separator bolt, this way the magnet and the coil distance will be as minimal as possible thus making a higher output, and since you balance it, it will make sure the rotator doesn't scratch the coil, and also will not create a stability problem with high radial velocity. mine was built like this, with a hollow axle, so the cabling will go through the axle, and i can reinforce both of the rotor by bridging it over the stator on the outside.

That's a huge gap between coils and magnets and still puts out a lot of juice. Amazing.

Use steel plates for rotor and minimum 0.5 mm wire for stator. You will see how it will be better.

Will the output current increase if thicker wire for coils is used ? Why didn't you connect all the coils in series to get single phase power ?

Hi the coils are arranged also in N/S or does not matter ? What matters in making coils is just to bond the end of one coil with the start of another?

They are wired in 3 phase configuration so 3 coils for each phase and 3 coils per phase are wired in series. To get DC out of it you make a 3 phase bridge rectifier out of 6 diodes or buy a 3 phase bridge rectifier

Good idea, but why you show "inches" and for magnet size you mix "cm" and "inch"🤔 and to really confuse you use "cm" for the 3rd disk. 😢😢😢😢 I made a parts list. 3X disks of 120mm X 2mm (radius = 60mm) Draw an inside circle with radius = 45mm on two of the disks Mark these two disks with 30° between lines Mark magnet positions where angle lines cross circle (make circle the size of your magnet +/- 18mm or 20mm.

That voltage output is via electric drill generated rpm but in reality using wind turbine approx the output would be 12v to 13v .just enough to charge battery..
