@ на соединениях где ты приклеиваешь гайку, нужно фиксировать гайку чем нибудь надёжнее чем клей. Например в гидроцилиндре довольно высокое давление, и гайку может выдавить наружу, зальёт маслом и будет неприятно. Можно делать отверстие с бортиком и клеить гайку изнутри, или делать накладку из пластика поверх гайки и закрепить винтами.
@@clashback2073 PVC( polyvinyl chloride ) IS polymer from which water pipes are made, he uses big pipes and flattens using heat them cuse PVC is thermoplastic ,means we can change it's shape with heat. all polymers are not like that.also due to temp you can easily drill through it with small moter I have tried it. Due to rough edges glue also holds it together easily. Therefore surpriseingly PVC very good material to craft with.

Ich bin immer wieder erstaunt, wie man aus einfachen Werkzeugen etwas sehr gutes machen kann. Ich bin mit LEGO und Fischertechnik aufgewachsen. Hier werden Werkstoffe aus anderen Produkten verwendet. Selbst wenn man sich mit alter Technik beschäftigt muss man sich reinarbeiten man ist an die Technik der Zeit gewöhnt. Ich kenne jetzt nicht den Schadstoffgehalt der verwendeten Werkstoffe aber vom Lerninhalt ist es sehr hoch, weil man alles selber gemacht hat mit der Zeichnung. This video itself is a master creation. Enjoyed seeing this build. So much skill put into it more than what is shown. I doubt anyone could copy this without much trial/error. Much precision measurement involved, for example the exact depth of oring groove and oring size to achieve precise diameter for piston to cylinder for it to seal but not bind.
My real (metal) press is just a bottle jack (like the other pvc video) upside down I thought that's what you were doing. The electric motor addition really shows what you are capable of! Great skill

Simplu Orce circuit aflat sub presiune este asigurat de o supapa de siguranta ce aici lipseste dar nu e greu de facut si se ataseaza cit mai aproape de pompa in circuitul de presiune (evacuarea pompei) dupa care este precedata de o supapa de sens unic si un manometru de control a presiunii cel putin pe ramura principala de presiune
Bạn khéo tay và tỉ mỉ thật, góp ý chút là gắn pvc nên dùng keo gắn pvc chứ ko nên dùng 502 . Keo pvc đặc tính của nó là làm chảy nhựa pvc giữa hai bề mặt mối nối nên mối ghép sẽ chắc hơn. Chúc bạn có nhiều ý tưởng mới :)
