How to Make Mom’s Potato Salad 

Charlie, I think you're great but your parents deserve a medal for not using you for compost.

They are both wielding knifes in close quarters yet soap is the biggest threat = Midwest Nice

This woman has 12 kids and she looks frigging amazing

Any mom with more than 6 kids is almost automatically a comic genius. This puts Charlie's mom at God(dess) level. No wonder the merch is so well executed.

Why do I feel that this is an honest interaction between Charlie and his mom and this is how it really is?

We need more of Charlie’s Mom. Keep her showing!

We loved seeing Charlie’s dad in the workshop, Charlie’s grandpa on the boat, and his sister going off to college. Mom, though, is truly the queen of the castle. Wonderful. (Also, I want to make potato salad.)

I’m torn between hoping this is scripted for his mom’s sake, and hoping it’s not cuz it’s too relatable 😂

The chopping part gave me flashbacks to every time I have cooked in the kitchen ever with my brother. Also the saying "it's washed" when it probably isn't. That's why I always wash everything myself, before handing it over for mutilating... I mean chopping. ;)

As a mother of 10 myself, from almost 20 down to just turned 1, I thoroughly enjoyed the mother/son banter and I absolutely felt that “who’s your favorite kid” response in my soul! Haha! I’ve always had a reputation for being slightly crazy which really just translates into humor. I’m pretty sure you need that I’m order to spawn your own army of tiny minions. Ahh, I can’t wait to mess with my adult children someday and pass the fun on the grand kids.
