Just a tip if you're selling to someone in a different country because they see your price with an extra 13% added by VC, which makes your items look more expensive. Apparently this is for currency conversion, but my UK credit card company charges 47p to pay in another currency whereas VC are adding £30 for £200 item for anyone outside the UK. I wish all buyers knew to pay in the seller's currency - they would save a lot of money!

Hello 🌟 I was wondering what the Sales Report is, I downloaded it from the Sold Items below and there was written how many transactions were made and a total payment. Is it just an info for me or will they pay me that or ..?

I believe it is a record of past sales so you should already have received your earnings from them. :)

I usually just buy a post bag and get DHL to collect from my door. easy! :)

IM SO STRESS 😭.. IT'S BEEN 2 DAYS VC HAVENT PAID ME FOR MY SOLD ITEM.. IT SAY SCHEDULED PAYMENT ON JUN1 UNTIL NOW JUN 2 STILL NVER PAID ME I KEEP ON CHECKING MY PAYPAL AND VC APP STILL "IN PROGESS" OMG 😭😭💔

Same thing is happening with me right now. Its going up to 3 weeks no payment. Sent the email no response, try to chat no message options. Really bizarre

You can have them authenticated but I’ve never heard of counterfeit Sézane

Depending on the size, a postage bag usually does the trick. You receive a label from VC and DHL or similar come to your house and picks it up. Very easy!

How is this possible and your fee ita so low? At 300€ says 297 for you...while when im putting an item on 300 says around 230 for me...is there an option I could change? Is it due to the country I'm living? Can you answer this please if you know more info about taxes etc?

Vestaire collective have not sent me the payment for my bag. The customer service is 0. The worst possible experience.

@@openminds4706 Sorry to jump in. Did you ever get paid? I can’t find a clear answer on how long getting paid even *actually* takes. Make me scared to list.

@@layla-dv2kt Hi Layla, yes I finally got paid. It turns out they withheld the payment pending identification which involved sending them 2 copies of official identity. So after a lot of messages going back and forth I got a call from one of the agents which was a surprise. Then after brief conversation it was sorted. Hope you sort your's out. Regards

@@layla-dv2kt they had some hike up for a while but it seems better now I have sold few since then and got my payment without any more issues. Just that they can refuse a few listings due to authenticity issues but that's a story for another day. Good luck.
