U have made me cry today 😭. After I started posting videos on my channel i was getting good views, sometimes 10k views within 2 weeks and sometimes 20k views within the same time frame. But since last 3 weeks I have been uploading videos upon videos but not getting recommended. Ctr 3%, impressions very low. And I decided to quit youtube, but you said something in this video that gives me hope again. 'That if you see a sudden low rates in everything we should not loose hope but its going to spark again' thanks very much. I will try making some more videos hoping to see a spike again on my channel
This was the issue why I closed my first personal RU-vid channel because I was getting little or no view, but someone I encouraged & taught things was getting more views and more followers on Facebook too and already monetised because she's in a high populated country about 300 million while I'm in less than 6 million people. It's frustrating, Now I'm starting all over again
@@MovaviWorld Thank you, I hope the social media reviews the regions, population, followers and views things. It really affects those in low population area. More to say than to write here. Thank you for the video anyways
Hi there!I checked the channel which you featured at the beginning of the video (the one with the strawberry recipe ) and most of the recipes were actually in English, not in German .I’m a bit confused, should we select the thumbnails and the title of the video in German and the rest can be in English? How does it work?
Just in case you still need this, the videos are in English because they are translated, so RU-vid will show you in English since that's your language.... But the original language is german
Thanks for the info. So, as an English-speaking USA-based creator, I should start a channel using German as the language in the title and all the texts (no speaking, no face, just cooking and text instructions). This way, it is native German but will show as English in USA and England, but as German to most German-speaking nations, right?@@PopOrFindLove
THUMBS UP TO THIS VIDEO 👍 SINCE I HAVE MY RU-vid COOKING CHANNEL I'M SO BLESSED 🙌 DEBT FREE, HAVE MY OWN BUSINESS AND ABLE TO HELP MY FAMILY. SO I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO START THEIR OWN RU-vid COOKING CHANNEL 👍
So I am curious does this theory apply to all channels content with the 7th or 8th video for recommendations or only cooking videos? I have a plant based channel and have taken a break. I am keen to start a new cooking playlist within my channel as it is still not monetized and taking longer than I imagined to get views or anywhere near the criteria for monetization. Should I start the cooking playlist on my existing youtube channel or start a new cooking channel all together? I really wanted to be able to help people with both in one place, interviews on healthy living and then cooking too. What are your thoughts? Thanks so much for this video its great advice.
Thanks a lot for tips, I actually edit my videos with movavi, and now want to do more professional work with my channel to monetise it. Would you recommend to start new channel from scratch based on your advises and reupload re-edited videos, or I can just change settings of existing channel and just reupload videos on it. Would highly appreciate your advise
Hi, thanks for the video. What do you think, what format is more attractive cooking video with person who is acting, talking and cooking, or video without any person? Only food in close up? Thanks.
Hello! Such videos do not imply the appearance of a person, but with the latest updates to RU-vid's policy: faceless content is not monetized, so the appearance of a person or face will be a plus in your video.
Fantastic video thanks. I have questions pls. 1. Where do I find which recipes and ingredients are trending each date of the year? You mentioned the strawberries in April for example. 2. If I do German channel like you offer will it recommend the videos to usa too? What about south korea and scandina ian countries that I know they have high CPM too? 3. You said to start 7 videos and after that you see views. Which kind of recipes to do for success? 4. When you say to do German channel language Should I choose german the main language and then make captions and translate the channel to english, Korean and spanish too? Even if I'm mot from Germmany? I mean at channel settings do I need to choose main language German? 5. The time of uploading the videos are matter and afect views? Long videos not shorts? 6. How many long the recipes videos should be for better results? Between 5-10 minutes is good? Thank you so much those questions are not explained in your videos well. I will appriciate if you can answer its pls. 🎉🎉🎉
Hello! 1. Popular are seasonal products, which are sold everywhere in a month and are popular. 2. If you optimize for other countries, then they will be recommended there too. 3. You choose the recipes yourself, but we recommend not too difficult to prepare and with available ingredients. 4. Yes, in the settings you need to select the main language - German, and then attach subtitles in other languages to the video. 5. No, video and video upload day do not affect promotion. 6. Yes, 5-10 minutes will be enough.
So Im german myself and wanted to start an own cooking channel soon but I'm a bit confused. Originally I wanted to make everything in english so that most people understand it. So should I only make the title and thumbnail in german and can leave the video itself in english or should everything be in german?😅
@@MovaviWorld well, with english I can reach the most people. My target audience would usually be the usa thats why I was wondering if I should make the title/thumbnail in german
Hey! You are putting great efforts in your video. It may take some time but it will come to you. Don't lose hope & keep cooking/baking. I know it won't make a big difference but I subbed you & watched one video. Will keep an eye your for new videos & will check old videos in free time. Good day! Random stranger from the flip side.
@vivekjoshi3769 aww well thank you and of course it helps :) I get to share my recipes with one more person and hopefully they come to use to you 😊 have a good day as well
Great video! Regarding the language, when you mentioned to select German would that mean the title, descriptions and location of the video being uploaded? And what if I don't speak or know German? Just translate them from English?
Hi! Yes, it is necessary to make the title and description in German. And the text in the videos themselves can be in English, which will ensure understanding for a larger audience.
@@MovaviWorld Thank you for your reply! As I was doing some research I realized that many of the Asian content (Korea, Japan, China) also get many views. How is the stats of these languages compared to German. It's a very interesting topic.
Hi Arthur! That is very informative video - thank you. I recently started a RU-vid channel and got it monetized within two months which I consider a big success :) But I didm't know that because the channel is 'MADE FOR KIDS' it gets very low CPM.. So I am thinking of starting cooking channel because I love to eat and cook! I have some questions: 1. Would translations from google be fine or would you go for translator from fiveer for example? 2. Those channels mentioned by you are sweet orientated, what would happen if you add different recepies like dinner ideas etc? 3. You suggested to set German as main Language - I have other channels - what is going to happend to those if I Change the Language to German? 4. Can you tell more about the thumbnails of those channels? Are they created separetly or choosen by YT? 5. Gesund and Schnell channel has 716 uploads since 2021, if my mathematics are right that gives 22 video per month which would be about 5 videos per week. That is a LOT! How many people work behind one channel? I would appreciate your answers. Thank you! Anna
Hello Anna! We are glad that you liked our video) 1. Yes, you can create translations in any convenient translator. 2. You can use a wide variety of recipes for your channel. 3. We advise you to create a new account to which German and your new channel will be linked. 4. We create all our miniatures ourselves, as RU-vid offers not the most successful ones. 5. Unfortunately, we cannot disclose this data due to trade secrets.
I don't get the language theory here 😅 if my channel has no voice, just the recipe in writing (English) what should I do in that case? I'm also generally confused about the language strategy 🤔
@@MovaviWorldHi Arthur, what do you mean by that? Your video was exactly about successfully monetised faceless cooking channels. I’m a bit confused. Have monetisation requirements been recently changed?
when you say use German as the language do you actually mean speak in German or is it just in the language settings please?I don't spekanzie German you see
@@MovaviWorld Thanks, and oddly, i liked and commented on my own video last night and at that point, it stopped recommending me and view stopped dead! So weird.
You are good but the way you expressed the Cheap countries around 1:48 minutes is not appropriate as your video is being watched in all those countries so we must respect the audience feelings.
well u have given great idea.. I am trying my best to put each content in diffrent ways with unique recipe.Do support i am sharing daily new content with yummy recipes . Do visit my channel ..Like share subscribe
