Mike, I can so relate to all of what you shared. Thanks for your heart man. A good friend brought me into the industry in a similar fashion. He knew there was more for me and saw my abilities and I'm grateful. I also started out FE running the roads state to state and started doing MP in early 2016. Whe we opened our physical office in January 2020, my intention was to start transitioning to telesales. I was completely transitioned by February and then BOOM...Covid hit in March. I feel so blessed because we were ready to rock at the perfect time and didn't skip a beat. I wholeheartedly agree with you on so many points, efficiency, drive time, no shows etc. Keep making it happen brother!
More interviews with people like this please. He’s wholesome. Some of the others you’ve brought on are vulgar, unprofessional, and borderline unethical.
Have watched a lot of your videos Cody and this is the first time I have felt moved to comment! Mike, you are amazing! You said all the things that I felt and what lead me to this business. I train new agents and everything you said hit home for me. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on how to be successful as a business owner and insurance professional!
This is good stuff. I have $97.00 to my name, property taxes due and a mortgage payment that I have no idea how I will pay it. Still dialing, failing to set any appointments though.
Sad it took Covid to make people finally realize that you could work virtual and reach way more people, I have been trying to tell people since 20 years ago, stubborn industry wanted to stay in their old ways.
Mike was talking about scaling your business. The trucking guy scaled his business and Mike was going to talk about scaling his agency business, through reverse engineering!
My goodness I am so desperately trying to figure out what Mike to say. But you asked him a question then you interject when he's answering it and change the entire course of his answer. Ridiculous
