I have the DEP-20 for 3 years,rather I have 3 because 2 broke,NO WORRIES!DONNER/MOUKEY is SO COOL&STANDS BEHIND their pianos &they say to send 15 sec video of problem,then ok!We sent u a new one FREE,it'll be there in less than 7 days(TWICE!)CAN U BELIEVE THAT????Well start believing,its true!I was SO HAPPY I cried! I love my DEP20,I'm an intermediate player(that should be advanced by now!after 50yrs!)& I can't walk past it without playing for hours!(my vacuum cleaner misses me!). FYI!! I had some sound issues of twang etc...just lived with it..then decided to get electrician to put in NEW CIRCUIT BREAKER&new outlet...VOILA! It sounds better than the $2500 piano I played in a store!The sound is now PERFECT!
