You can reverse the sample in the channel rack, then turn down all the LFOs apart from the hold. Alternatively in paint roll I believe you can place a normal note, turn the velocity to 0 then place a slide note at full velocity right on top of it. This will give a bass riser effect. Or just drag the 808 sample straight into the arrangement and reverse the sample

There's a few of these in xpandi2 one is mountain dew in soft leads section I think this one could be Quaaak Express or Ducky both of those sound similar
