INGREDIENTS:
2 and 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar (Optional)
1 and 1/2 cup of water or milk
1/2 cup melted butter or Vegetable oil
2 large eggs
Mix bell peppers 1/2 of each colour
1 medium finely chopped red onion
1 cup chopped smoked bacon (Optional)
2 chopped scallions (Optional)
Extra melted butter or vegetable oil
to brush the pan.
