🤭Just noticed I somehow didn't include spices in the ingredients! But here they are. Will also include in the description: curry powder, Beef masala, garam masala, &Cumin (each half teaspoon) 3/4 teaspoon paprika spice 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

Usually one needs something to cause the dough to be airy and not heavy and compact. Yeast does best. If you can try another leavening agent and it works for you in that you like it, you can try another one.
