- 3 very ripe bananas
- 25ml maple syrup
- 5ml vanilla extract
- 95g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 125g melted butter
- 140ml milk
- 240g plain flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 65g chopped walnuts
- 65g chopped almonds
- 55g raisins
Bake at 160°C for 55minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
