I think after watching your tutorial I will try this. I'm so dissappointed because I'm looking for this cursed striped cotton for months and I can't find good one anywhere...Well I'm a little scared because I just started my adventure with sewing but maybe I will mange ;-;. Your instruction will be VERY helpful

Thank you so much. I made it for my son. The result is amazing. He got compliments from other Kimetsu no yaiba cosplayers. The next one is Sanemi's haori for me to be a duo for our next convention.

You can use the how to make a haori version one or 2 and paint the black lines like im doing its less work 😁👍

@akshatsingh4962 I followed the basic haori tutorial with just white fabric and then I just bought black fabric paint I don't remember the brand since it was a long time ago and then I just tape the lines and colored the black in between the tape and after taking off the tape it have Obanais pattern

@@sxke8815 Thanks for the help 😭🙏 Literally the con is 4 days away and today I received my order of Obanai's cloak which didn't even have Obanai's cloak 😭😭😭 I also haven't finished making my katana lol... let's hope for the best 😭🤞

@akshatsingh4962 mmmm if I remember correct maybe 2 or 3 yards? But i did skip a lot of steps back them simply cause I wasn't good at making things so maybe try to get 4 yards or even 5 to be safe And I would say maybe 8 oz bottle of the paint

@@Yairzhino Thank you so much and YES! He's definitely my favourite character in the series and I HATE to see all the hate for him that is going around right now with the anime, knowing that his backstory and development and his time to shine is still SO far away and and I KNOW that nothing is known of him yet in the anime so it's understandable why they dislike him so much right now, but I just can't help but defend him anyways OOF xD I ESPECIALLY dread the second wave of hatred for him that will definitely come with the Hashira Training Arc and knowing his true feelings and intentions will only get revealed later on... ANYWAY sorry for rambling, I just get really passionate when it comes to his character and I'm SO glad I've finally found your AMAZING cosplay tutorials on your channel that will definitely help me out IMMENSELY so thank you so much!!

@@Kalakeiko agreed, I’m an anime only person (wanting to get the manga series for Christmas or birthday) but I’ll admit that I didn’t like him much at first but after comparing him with one of my favourite characters, I realised how similar they are and started to like him more.

@@todorokisfavouriteobject9109 I completely understand why anime onlys don't like him at the moment, but some of them take their anger at him a bit too far and make assumptions that get a bit annoying and frustrating, but he is a great character and I hope they will see that too someday!
