Instead of cooking add some to some warm water snd let it sit over night or two nights to get the gel out to avoid killing any nutrients

Rice water is good but you can use okra everyday. The blessing is you don't have to moisturize your hair everyday. Okra is very moisturizing like aloe vera. You can add one teaspoon of Jamaican Castor oil or Hatian castor oil!!!

After years of being a selective eater (I hate being called fussy, lol) I have realised sometimes I hate foods because of the way they were prepared. Okro soup is my favourite African food to eat apart from jollof & fried rice. But not every1 can make it well with the right complimentary ingredients.
