I tried this! If you start with a blintz base and then go through these steps the smaller points can become longer and you can make them have the color of the other side of the paper if you fold it correctly
you should try to alternate between mountain and valley folds when folding at the middle from the corners and the middle of the edges. that way it will more naturally collapse to the four flaps at the beginning
We had to make origami Christmas things in class for an old people’s home I chose to do a star. I was the only one in class to do one It took me 1 hour in all slowing down the video to 0.25x speed at times I’m happy that I made one. Only 1 Thanks for the video fam 😎
To all those who think this is difficult, I would suggest trying some easy origami tutorials first, to get familiar with the craft. Also, while it was fast, it is possible to alter playback speed.
some people are complaining about the speed. you can open the console and use the command : document.querySelectorAll('video').forEach(v => v.playbackRate = 2.5) and put anyspeed you want. I had it at 3.5 and it was easy to understand , but it would depend on your experience level
What is everybody talking about?? I (a twelve year old) was able to make the star easily and even increased the speed to ×1.5 (personal preference). It does say that there is a slower version linked in the description but if your even slightly familiar with the craft, you should be able to follow. Great vid :)
