I like how this video encourages people to innovate with the flavors, but also has boundaries you set like not having milk added and making sure the topping is fresh. Creativity without chaos, very nice.
@@vincenzosplate Oh yeah I will! It sounds like the perfect thing for the dating scene now that covid is starting to wind down. Anyone can take a lady to a restaurant, a true romantic cooks wonderful homemade food.
@@Circuitssmith how does itfeel to be a dumb fool that believed in corona? do you also believe in flat earth? in fairys? in santa-claus and the easterbunny?
Panna cotta absolutely is my favorite dessert. Worked in fine dining and it opened my eyes to it. Made it at home, wasn't this nice lol but I'm getting better.
@@LisaMagoulas I use 400 ml of coconut cream, 40g of sugar (u can add more), vanilla (pod or extract) and 2g of agar-agar. Have you ever used agar-agar? it's a little different from gelatin, you have to simmer the preparation again
@@bobybahar2193 I love the palm sugar idea with the coconut milk. Gelatine is difficult to find in Asia and the gelatine leaves are very expensive! I'm going to try it - probably with mango coulis.
I made this in lockdown here in Melbourne & it was absolutely perfect! Both my partner and I LOVED IT! 😍 Thank you for teaching me how to perfect Italian recipes!
You have a lot of subscribers, and comments, and you’re one of the only RU-vidrs who make it a point to respond to us. That honestly says a lot about you.
I made the Strawberry Panna Cotta, today. (4-15-21). We liked it so much, my wife asked me to make a triple batch. Only changes I made, was the gelatin leaves. I could not find them in any local stores. So, I had to use Knox brand gelatin powder type. Still turned out great. My garnish was a strawberry.
OMG! Thank you so much! I've tried many videos and all were too quick and still unclear for someone who never cooks. Your video is absolutely amazing to follow
I love panna cotta with strawberries !!! it is one of my favorite desserts. I like instead of adding vanilla to put coffee, delicious. thanks Vincezo !!!
@@vincenzosplate I just saw your reaction to the most popular videos of panna cotta and I did not know that Gordon Ramsey used coffee too, I always ate it like that and it is super delicious, very good video I already gave it a lot of love 👍🏼
I love that you also include a written form of the recipe I can follow along with. I like to watch the video first to get the technique down then use the written recipe as I'm making it.
I tried making Panna Cotta with your recipe and it was very delicious with home made pear jam ... thank you very much for the recipe, greetings from Nicaragua
If I feel fancy I use a vanilla pod for the nice flavor and strain the coulis to remove any seeds that remain after blending. But panna cotta is a great dessert.
Great recipe, i've mostly made it with fresh vanilla, as i prefer the fresh taste and the small black spots from the vanilla, but always strawberry sauce
Grazie per questo video. Vengo dal Polonia e sto imparando l'italiano. Ora so quanto siano importanti gli ingredienti originali italiani. Il modo in cui mostri come creare originariamente prelibatezze italiane è sensazionale. Faccio ogni piatto che metti su You Tube. Grazie di tutto, il fate miglior lavoro! :)
I just made this and I'm so excited but I have to wait lol. I have made many of your recipes by the way. I enjoy them all. The bolognese sauce is probably my favorite dish eaten regularly, the carbonara I did for a good while and the tiramisu I make often too. Great channel. Thank you! And I love the reaction videos for entertainment lol.
That's wonderful to hear! I'm thrilled you've been enjoying the recipes, especially the bolognese sauce, carbonara, and tiramisu. Thank you for your support, and I'm glad you find the reaction videos entertaining too! Keep cooking and savoring those delicious dishes! 👩🍳🍝🍰

Lovely video, Vincenzo. I think I will try making this with maple syrup. I remember having an amazing Panna Cotta with a slightly burnt caramel sauce in Venice that was divine!
I can make this too now! :D Thank you Vincenzo for these amazing recipes, I developed a habit of writing comments when I enjoy the food you teach us to make. It is so good, did it my first time today and it turned out nice.

Thank you. I have assembled all the ingredients for a good weekend treat. I will be making blueberry sauce, and will leave some clumps of the berry in it. I like it that way.

@@TheWaxChainFanClub yikes. I've never seen that in US stores. It looks like I need Heavy whipping cream (35-40%) instead. Now to find a store that has that.
@@vincenzosplate thanks man, but really the great job is in you: Your explanations are flawless. I cook Italian food for many years now and still I can learn something new watching your stuff! 👌🙌
@@vincenzosplate I haven't but will try it soon. I have only made your pasta Carbonara and it has now become a constant dish in our house and my dad keeps asking me to make it again :)
@@vincenzosplate Both the French and Italians have really good food. I live in Finland where most of our food is either Swedish or Russian. It's good, but not as good...
