I loved the video & recipe! A little trick I learned (because I DETEST anchovies) is using anchovies paste. The fish is not visible, the paste melts and adds wonderful flavor, but not "fishy". The only thing is, anchovies are salty, so tasting is highly recommended before adding salt. Then again, most cooks do taste to check seasoning, so all is good, lol! Enjoy NY!
