Yes, in fact even if the ethanol _didn’t_ evaporate, the amount would be so small that it’s still legally alcohol-free since you only use a few dashes of flavor extract
Dr. Enuf next? Dr. Enuf is a drink that originated in Johnson City, Tennessee. It's my favorite drink, and I think that it would be very cool to try and recreate.
Peel of 2 oranges, peel of 2 limes, peel of 1 lemon. Extract the oils with ethanol. Add a few dashes of this citrus extract to a glass with 1-2 ounces of rich simple syrup and maybe half teaspoon of sucralose, top with sparkling water. Add yellow and green food coloring if you want the glow stick liquid color
Not sure what Pepsi you got there because around here Cola is way more carbonated than Pepsi, and the only Pepsi that has a lemony taste to it is Pepsi Twist. Regular Pepsi just tastes like cola but less carbonated
Bottled Pepsi is usually more carbonated then bottled coke. Personally, Pepsi for me is always more carbonated. It burns my throat (which I like), compared to coke.
You ruined it with the sucralose though, real Pepsi doesn’t contain that crap but the EU is some sort of anti sugar crusade so Pespico decided to make Pepsi undrinkable by putting that stuff in. If you go outside the EU you can get real Pepsi as it used to be with only sugar in it.
