Bake at 550 Degrees (F) for 10-13 minutes
This recipe makes for 2 Large 🍕's
Ingredients for Poolish / yeast-dough starter
1 cup of room temp water
1 tsp of instant dry-rise yeast
1 tsp honey
1 cup of flour
-leave at room temp for 1 hour then place in your refrigerator overnight or 24 hours of the best flavor
Pizza dough ingredients
Polish/ yeast-dough starter
1 1/2 cups room temperature water
1 Tbsp Salt (sea salt or adjust to your salt)
5 cups AP Flour
-once you combine dough as directed video, allow it to rest for 1 to 2 hours in a ZERO degrees over with the light on or on your counter
Top by using your favorite toppings- Marinara sauce, low-moisture Mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni
Tip❗️
The oven must be pre-heated for 45 mins to 1 hour for the PERFECT Home Made PIZZA
for salty dough use 1 1/2 Tbsp Salt
