might be a lil inaccurate but it sounded fine to me
Answers to the questions:
The program in the video is FL Studio 20, if you have FL Studio 21, it’s even better because you can use Soundfont Player in FL64.
FL Studio isn’t free. Unfortunately I don’t know if it’s possible to do in a different program except probably FL Mobile. You can still try free trial version tho.
Soundfonts are libraries of sounds. You may find Soundfonts in the internet, most of them are free. Soundfonts used in the video are included in Might+’ pack.

it is a plugin, if it's not in the plugin list try to find it in 'more plugins...' section. also it opens only in FL32 or just FL, not FL64
