The Eat More Plants Official Vegan Canes Sauce🍃🍃🍃
1/2 cup + 1 tbsp Vegan Mayo
2 tbsp + 1 tsp Ketchup
1 tsp Vegan Worcestershire (if you can’t find this, you can substitute soy sauce)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice or Vinegar
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Cajun Seasoning (I used Slap Ya Mama)
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Sugar
Let sit in the fridge 1-6 hours before serving.

2 thick cut pieces of Bread
3 tbsp Vegan Butter
2 tbsp Garlic, minced
1 tbsp Parsley, minced
The Eat More Plants Official Vegan Chicken Fingers🍃🍃🍃
Use either Gardein Chicken Scallopini, your favorite seitan recipe, or any vegan protein you want. Don’t batter your chicken until your oil is hot and your ready to fry. As soon as your chicken gets battered it needs to go in the fryer, don’t let it sit with the battered or you won’t get the desired result. I recommend battering two tenders, then frying, then repeat.
Station 1:
1 Vegan Egg (2 tbsp Follow Your Heart Vegan Egg Powder + 1/2 cup ice cold water)
3/4 cup All Purpose Flour
1 cup Seltzer Water
Station 2:
2 cups All Purpose Flour
1/2 tbsp Lawry's Seasoning Salt
1/2 tbsp Cajun Seasoning (I used Slap Ya Mama)
1 tbsp Poultry Seasoning
1 tbsp Paprika
1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
