COOLMORPH is a biodegradable thermoplastic polymer.

* Pour the desired amount of product into a container.
* Add hot water (between 40ºC and 60ºC).
* WITH A CLIPPERS remove the paste when it has been compacted.
* Once removed, the paste will become clear and compact.
* If you need to give it color, in this step we add the MORPH pigment.
* Can be modeled as clay. No burning.
* Perform the work for which we have used it. (Union, filling, mold ...)
* As it cools, it gets harder.
* Once cold the product remains white (or the color we have pigmented) and very resistant.
* Paintable with acrylic-based paint.
NOTES FOR MANUFACTURE OF MOLDS:
Extractions are not difficult.
* The COOLMORPH is flexible yet very non-elastic.
* We can deform the mold to extract a piece, but we can not stretch it like the
Silicone to extract parts much more bulky than the width of your drinker.
* Its resistance is not as high as that of silicone so we can deform the
Mold if we use too much force.
* On a mold of COOLMORPH can be poured any product that, in its curing process, does not go beyond 30 ° C (model putty, acrylic resin, dental plaster, ceramic plaster, plaster ....)
