How to make poached egg
Howdy folks, today I'm going to show you how to make poached egg or poached egg, either name is fine.
Poached egg is achieved by cooking an egg with the cooking technique called poaching. This consists of cooking a food in water at a temperature close to 90° C, but not boiling.
The ideal to achieve this poaching technique to perfection is to have a food thermometer and measure the water temperature, but in the video I show you how to poach an egg if you don't have a thermometer, calculating more or less the temperature of the water for the poached egg.
The vinegar will help us to coagulate the egg white in the water, helping it to keep its shape and not to separate too much from the yolk. This results in a much more compact and compact poached egg.
Keep in mind that when preparing poached eggs, the shape may vary a little depending on how the egg white falls into the water. If you introduce it slowly, the white will fall first and it is normal for it to have an appearance similar to that of a fried egg. If you introduce it faster, it is likely that the white will wrap better around the yolk, but there is a chance that the yolk will break in the process, so you should be careful and try this poaching technique.
Once we introduce the egg in the water we simply leave it for about two minutes to cook in the water and we have the poached egg ready.

Hola María! El vinagre ayuda a que eso pase menos, y tienes que ver de dejarlo con cuidado en el centro así el agua en movimiento lo "envuelve" y no lo mueve por toda la olla. Saludos!
