How to make prepunched gussets for curved leather bags? 

Hello, everyone!We haven't seen each other for a long time and I really hope it doesn't happen again :). So, don't forget to subscribe and hit the bell - i have plans to make videos much more often than till now!
Today I will show you how i make gussets for different curved bags. It will be a slightly heavier video than usual, so be very careful about what I do and what I say, because everything is very important. The pattern was designed in Corel Draw and laser cut, but without markings for holes. If someone want it - just let me know.Many of leathercrafters just cut leather straps, make holes and start sewing from the center of pieces. It's not a bad method, but you can be sure that in all sides number of holes will be the same. Because of small, but many mistakes, bags can twist and it's not the result that all of us want to have. So, i find a simply method to avoid all this problem and can guarantee an absolute symmetry of bags. This technique will be useful to all crafters who prefer to make they're own patterns, not only buy them. Also, if you don't make patterns, you just don't grow as a crafter, IMO. Any way, this method can be interesting for all leathercrafters, to compare with they're own skills. All you need is: cardboard or thick paper, stitching chisels, ruler, divider and a pencil. Just pay attention and try this method on your next leather project - you will like it!
