You seriously have the best go to Music Production content on YT. It's straight to the point, easy to understand and you choose the exacts sounds/concepts I'm always trying to figure out. Keep it coming pls!
Man you read my mind with this one! Been trying to figure out how to mix my atmospheres right for the last week now! This just saved me so much time. You’re the best Z!🙏🏻
This is awesome, I discovered u 2 hours ago and now I'm watching all your content! I got some questions tho: Where can I listen to this track? What exact house genre is this? Where do you find the acapellas? Keep it up!
Bro, you will forever inspire me! I would kill to learn form you directly. A masterclass, a course, tutoring... man you really make production easy and fun for me. Thanks for always delivering quality, you've made me a better producer! Much love Zach Caraher!
Hey, I have a question, I previously produced more of a trap and Now I have been making house but I struggle to understand something, how do I make the baseline? like with pop an 808 does the job but as much as I like Reeses I want to make something like an 808, any tips on that? also, I don't want to make EDM but I struggle to find the difference between EDM, house; and Pop, the two latter are what I want to make, thanks for any help.
Big Z! Love it dude. Buss processing/ routing video next? From what it looks like you have a lot of side chain trigger channels that are playing a big roll. Great work as always brother
sounds super good... it also sounded like the atmospheres where put into a short room reverb when all of it cut out right before the drop... not sure if i missed that part of the vid... Dope stuff man!!! I will be experimenting :)
Dude, I really needed this, its similar to how I have already approached it, but just showing it in such a simple way inspires me to up my atmosphere game!
Hi man, this is such a great tutorial. Thanks for making all these epic vids! One question, where can I get the Orchestral Viola you use for the high string. I really like the sound of it but don't know if comes with the basic NI library? Is this part of an extension pack or something? Thanks
i really liked the final result, beautiful 👌! just for project organizing purposes, i guess that plucky sounds are not part of "atmosphere" and you can use "create track stack" on Logic to group tracks.
This is not my type of music at all but your videos are gold mine !! 1 to recall all the sound design classic cool techniques that we all forget & 2 for the cool mixing techniques !! great stuff man !!
Great video. Thx for the effort! A good move at the end of the section would be to open up the low pass on the EQ and drive it a small amount with some distortion or saturation.
Thanks BIG Z as always its little things like this that can make or break a track, used this very technique in a track today just gave it that little extra ear candy :-)
