Sir, In one of my Molecule, When I am trying to go for 2D Interaction in Discovery Studio visualizer, its showing LIGAND IS NOT IN A SINGLE FRAGMENT. kindly help regarding it. I am trying to learn docking by watching your videos.
@@BioinfoCopilot No Sir. Molecule is not having any metal Ion. As per your video, I optimized the geometry of the structure in the beginning itself from Avogadro. Out of 6 molecules, in only one of the molecule, I am facing this problem.
