So when you say cup , what cup are you referring. Peak milk cup size or a bigger size cus all what I am seeing with the cups measurement looks way beyond a milk cup size portion

Pls how do you correct your dough if you realized that after the dough has risen, you could not be able to mold it and fry, do you incorporate another flour at that moment in order to make it thicker?
