How to Make Reaction Video on Your Phone using Capcut and AZ Recorder 

What about making shorts from existing reaction videos that you have saved? Or on desktop? I need a way to show myself reacting on half or top/bottom of screen and the screenshot of the video Im reacting to from OBS, on the other side. There was a program for this and they shut down. It was so easy, now I cannot figure a way to do it from my desktop, on a pre-recorded reaction that will allow me to share both.

Thanks for showing 2 ways to make reaction video's. I think the az recorder way may be easier bc you dont have to try to sync the 2 videos in capcut. I think I'll try both ways.
