How to make rechargeable DC voltmeter 0-100 volt DC 

This rechargeable DIY voltmeter can measure DC voltage b/w 0-100 volts and tolerance is ardund 0.5 %.
In this video I will show how you can make this recharge able voltmeter for measuring battery,power supply or other input output voltages.
