These are an amazing treat! Just made them, the brownie itself is fudgy and dense. The cheesecake is delicious and taste just like cheesecake! I recommend this to EVERYONE reading this comment!
alright. To the rest of the world, here is the recipe converted to the measurements everyone follows. I used an online convertor for this. Brownie Ingredients 200g sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 40g cocoa powder 113g butter, melted Pinch of salt 1 tsp red gel food coloring, or 1 T liquid 2 eggs (or if you wanna go eggless, 2tbsp ground flax seeds + 6 tbsp water. leave to rest for a little while, stir and use once it becomes gelatinous) 95g flour Cheesecake Layer Ingredients 225g cream cheese, softened 50g sugar 1 egg (or 3tbsp chickpea flour with 3tbsp water, or so i've seen. must experiment) ½ tsp vanilla extract
you literally have the cleanest looking brownie dessert video. everyone else dessert videos are very messy and amateur. Kudos for you!! I appreciate it
kawaiisweetworld Mine cream cheese mixture was really runny. When I marbled it, it messed up. Idk what I did wrong? It was just a test tho since I'm gonna make it for a picnic but what shall I do to fix it? Thanks!
I made this but with my own twist to it because I didn't have enough cream cheese for the cream cheese layer. So instead I made the red velvet part, baked it and made my own cream cheese frosting with the little cream cheese i have and put that on top, it turned out great 💗💗💗
The binder clip idea is fantastic. I often have problems with excess parchment paper getting in the way, but I never knew what to do about it. I have frog-shaped chip clips that I could use in place of binder clips. Thanks for the tip!
After watching this I just had to make it. It turned out wonderful and even though we don't celebrate this particular holiday I love red velvet themed nummies. Thanks for posting this. Very good!!

kawaiisweetworld I really just want to say thank you for all the videos that you do. I made your valentine's day cake pops and sold them at school yesterday. I got $60! Thank you so much you rock
I made these for my fiancee and he just loved them. Only thing is I made them blue. Same taste same texture different color. I like trying new yet different things. Thanks Rachael
i'm heading to the kitchen now.. this one looks so easy and delicious.. cake in 10 minutes w/ my favorite frosting.. thanks for the exciting video.. you are so precious
I made these before from a FoodNetwork recipe a few years ago-Sunny Anderson recipe. I never cut them into shapes. This is cool. The scraps can be brownie pops!!!
this is seriously. so good. I tried to make about half the portion of it and i was so impressed!!!!! me and my family loved it and im going to make it again soon for my mega bestfriend's birthday! 😘 i really recommend this!!!
I made these and they were AMAZING!! 💘I made them gluten free and they still worked fine, with lots of recipes are crumbly and not very nice with gluten free flour but this one worked fine 🎀☺️ thank you 🌸☺️☺️☺️☺️
I am in love with your videos! I just discovered your channel again! I saw some easy bake oven videos from yours and the Girl Scout cookie charm bracelet a year or so ago and I was watching some of your baking videos today and I was like OMG, I watched your videos before. Keep up the good work and thanks for making me tempted for some red velvet treat!
Hey Rachel. I am going to be making your hello kitty Apple pies, but in a heart shape for Valintime's Day. I'm so exceited to be making it. Thank you for all of your baking videos because without you I wouldn't find the love of baking!!!!!!
I tried these and every one loved it, but I found them a bit less sweet for my liking. I guess I got confused with the measurements. can you please provide the measurements for this recipe in grams?
I would recommended two tips: 1) Use cacao powder, it's all natural cocoa powder that has not been processed at all- it has a light Beige color. 2) Use powder coloring because out of all of the food coloring types out there, powder is the most concentrated. Hope this helped!
Rachel!!! YOU ARE SO AMAZING! I watch every single one of your videos! These brownies look FANOMINAL! Every recipe you make looks so good! Btw, I just made white chocolate heart suckers! I love baking just like you!❤️❤️❤️
I always thought that you voice is really soothing and before you ever really showed your face in your videos, I always wondered how you look liked! Cheers to your awesome voice. :)
