You had a great beginning idea for your inverter, especially using a center tapped transformer was inventive but I see why your relay contacts welded shut. Where you have your normally open, "NO", contact connected to the negative side of your battery and the positive side connected to the common, "COMM", on each half cycle when these contacts close, you are dead shorting the negative and positive terminals of your battery together from the "NO" terminal to the common, "COMM", terminal. I would experiment with a 2 or 3 pole double throw relay and isolating the transformer switching contacts from the multi-vibrator switching contacts. In other words, use one or two sets of contacts to switch / invert battery power to the transformer and use a separate set of contacts for the multi-vibrator part of the switching circuit. Another thing to try would be getting 2) 6 volt batteries and using 2 sets of relay contacts. One battery and one set of contacts energize one leg and center tap and the other contact set and battery energizes the other leg and center tap. You will probably have to arrange steering diodes to use the center tap as a common to avoid shorting. The transient spikes can be high so use diodes in the 1 amp @ 200 volt range to avoid burnout even though this is technically the low voltage side of the circuit. When a power transformer is used as it is intended on normal wall current, it is using a smooth sinewave signal that has no on / off spikes. In your application, your relay / battery configuration is nothing but spikes so it is acting more like a car spark ignition coil. Good for a car, bad for other electrical circuits. Your LED bulb's circuitry could eventually be damaged by these spikes so a little protection can go a long way. I would also connect a small electrolytic capacitor rated at 100 volts or higher at the relay coil connections IN THE SAME POLARITY AS THE BATTERY to absorb transient spikes. You must connect this capacitor + to + and - to - with the battery polarity or the capacitor will eventually overheat and could explode with dangerous force. While using such small relay contacts in a comparatively harsh way, the capacitor will suppress arcing / burning thereby prolonging the life of the M.V. contacts somewhat. You could also use a 1 amp @ 200 volt diode in REVERSE POLARITY of the battery across the coil connections of the relay. High voltage transient spikes or discharges happen when the coil is de energized and come out in reverse polarity mode from the incoming 12 volts. When you connect the diode in reverse, it will NOT pass 12 VDC in the "ON" cycle thereby NOT shorting out the battery but when the contacts open disconnecting the battery, the "OFF" cycle, it will short the reversed polarity transient spike thereby stopping the destructive spark that would result from it. You could also try a non-polarized motor starter capacitor in series between the switching contacts and the transformer common. This should also prolong the life of the transformer switching contacts. Most motor starter capacitors are around 3.3 uF so I'm not sure if this will be large enough to pass enough power for your application. If not, try a regular electrolytic capacitor in the 400 uF @ 200 volt range. These aren't meant for this type of service and polarity won't matter as we are talking something similar to AC power so if you don't try to drive too much more than an LED light bulb, this rating should handle the transient spikes and still pass enough power to energize the transformer. Good video and good suggestions for improveing the inverter. But there is another way car relays can create virtual ground 0v ,pulsed DC or pulsed dc- . So I wuld also suggest useing the transformer in its latching pin modes wher the user wuld get 1 input to 1 out put 220/12v transformer = -208,+208,-232,+232 v where the virtual ground relay wuld give ither - or + to light bulb and at the same time preventing the transformer from takeing stress buzzing sounds ,I'm no electrician ok but that guy has some point zener ,,and rectifier diodes must by used as well placing resistors before ,model and after latching transformer points ! So reali cool video thank you ,I dono I even wuld suggest to use smad DC pulse generator insted and simpli go with gient 12v Baterry for conviniance or like that guy mentioned useing 2x 6v baterrys in series pararel configuration at least that wuld remove any stress on the components and nothing wuld electrocut you ,any way great video

Use converter for rs 200.. For crt monitor use 1080i 60fps or 1080p 60fps to change the resolution.

in a mad max scenario i would smash the back side of the bulb remove everything unnecessary and hook the battery cables straight to the dc circuit board the led's are mounted

Sir, i think your diagram is mistake, the common terminal of relay is connected to positive terminal of battery and the normally open is connected to the negative side. Normally open should be no connection. Relay will serve as a vibrator, this design was being used during WW ll to operate radio transcievers.
