OLD SCHOOL FRIED PORK CHOPS
THESE ARE SO SO GOOD AND EASY TO MAKE
RECIPE:
3 cups self rising flour
1 cup regular bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
4 eggs cracked(optional)
2 cups buttermilk
Its nothing like fried pork steaks
season pork chops with salt and pepper, caveners Greek seasoning,old school shake
place in flour/bread crumb mixture,then eggs/buttermilk and then flour/bread crumb mixture
fry in oil until golden brown at 350 degrees

I love pork chops. My Mother loved pork and I was raised on them. Her name was Portia. My father nicked named her "Porky" bc she loved Pork Chops. She was German. She would also fry up pork snitzel sometime which was similar to your fried pork chops with the exception of no buttermilk. She used a egg mixture and flour/breadcrumb mixture. The pork chops had no bone. She would pound them thin with a mallet. Fry them. Serve with spatzel noodles and gravy. Zehr Gute!!!! Very Good!!!!
